Companion Bills Filed in Florida to Legalize Cannabis

Companion bills have been filed in Florida’s House and Senate to legalize recreational cannabis.

Senate Bill 1562 and House Bill 1039 would legalize the possession of up to 2.5 ounces of cannabis, and the private cultivation of up to 6 cannabis plants, for those 21 and older.

The proposal would also authorize state-license cannabis distribution centers, to be regulated by the Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco, which will be renamed to the Department of Alcoholic Beverages, Marijuana, and Tobacco.

Senator Dwight Bullard is the primary sponsor of the Senate Bill 1562, and Representative Randolph Bracy is the primary sponsor of House Bill 1039.

This November Florida voters will have the opportunity to legalize cannabis for medical purposes, through a constitutional amendment.

I would laugh if it werent so pathetic. These delusional morons havent a clue that cannabinoids(80) and the associated terpenes(120), constitute an entire CLASS of Vital NUTRIENTS and that each of them alone and in untold combinations NEED to work together. It is sort of like the B vitamins that need to work together. Bottom line is that we are now in about the 4th generation of diseases that are a direct consequence of our nanny state eliminating them from first our food chain(livestock and dairy fodder and seed, 1937), then out of our pharmacopea(1942). By 1950 cancers got attention for having risen to about 1 in 16, today it is more like 1 in 2! Also CHILDREN are now in increasing numbers not just born with cancers the elderly ones seemed to only get, but auto-immune diseases we never used to see in these numbers. another 3 or 4 generations and all children could be born already diseased. the embarrassment of todays medicine, psychiatry and pharmacology will show them to have been the pseudoscience they always were, more deadly than the diseases are!
