Group Giving Away Free Cannabis to Veterans At Events in Denver and Colorado Springs

The organization Grow4Vets is hosting events in Denver and Colorado Springs where they’ll be giving away tens of thousands of dollars of free cannabis to veterans. At these events, veterans will be given cannabis products worth more than $200, for absolutely no charge. Non-veterans will be able to pay a $20 donation, and in exchange, organizers say they’ll be given over $100 worth of cannabis.

The first of these events will be held Saturday, September 20th between 11AM and 3PM at the Quality Inn (200 W 48th Ave) in Central Denver, and the second will be held at the Doubletree Hotel (1775 E Cheyenne Mountain Blvd) in Colorado Springs on September 27th, starting at 11AM and ending at 3PM.

The event will include professional testing of cannabis products, extracts and edibles for $70, $45 for veterans and parents of children with serious medical conditions, and veterans will be allowed to have two items tested for free. There will also be prizes given away, including cannabis flowers, edibles, seeds and oils, grow equipment and an automatic cannabis grow machine.
