Judge Rules B.C.’s Ban on Medical Cannabis Edibles and Topicals is Unconstitutional

A B.C. Court of Appeals judge has ruled that it’s unconstitutional to forbid licensed medical cannabis patients from possessing cannabis-infused products such as cookies and lotions.
