Maine Lawmakers Overwhelmingly Approve Measure Allowing Hemp Cultivation

Today, with a vote of 9-1, Maine’s Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry Committee approved a measure explicitly allowing hemp cultivation in the state, even before a federal change takes place.
