From the number crunches I been doing off the last votes in what not there are like 23 states that might not want legal at all! Starting from the one state above ,Florida!

Oh believe me, we patients here in Florida WANT medical legalized. We’ve been fighting for a long time. These percentages are NOT accurate by any means.
rachel
These percentages are too low
scott
there are already 32 states who has medical cannabis in one form or another legalized. which means 9 states will have to change their laws to make it illegal again
Diane Gracely
These percentages are NOT accurate. Many patients will not admit to using because of getting arrested. Until it becomes legal most patients with illnesses won’t admit to using. The people who do admit to using are mostly people who use it recreationally and don’t care. What our government fails to admit is that cannabis is medicine. Cannabis is SAFER than opioids. Millions of people have been researching and experimenting with edibles and oils for many years. Many have learned how to make their own medicine and use it daily for chronic pain and illnesses. It’s time for our government to wake up and STOP denying patients the right to a healthy plant that has killed NO ONE EVER.
To our government – “If you don’t want to regulate it like alcohol and tobacco, then decriminalize it so the patients stop being arrested for using the SAFEST MEDICINE in the WORLD.”

I admit to smoking hell I told my doctor I smoked to help with my pain I have MS and have horrible nerve pain because of it and my doctor said hey whatever helps do it so yeah not everyone who admits it uses it for recreational purposes
