New Associated Press Poll Finds Record-High Support for Legalizing Cannabis

Cannabis_painNew polling released today by the Associated Press and the University of Chicago has found record-high support for legalizing recreational cannabis in the United States.

According to the poll, 61% of adults in the U.S. support legalizing cannabis, with 39% in opposition; 0% remain undecided.

Of those that said they support legalizing cannabis, 33% believe that there should be no restrictions on a person’s possession limit, while 43% believe that it should be limited to small amounts.

In regards to other drugs such as cocaine and heroin, a vast majority of American adults remain opposed, with just 7% in support.

Interviews for this survey were conducted between February 11 and 14, 2016, with adults age 18 and over from the 50 states and the District of Columbia. A total of 1,042 people took part in the study, which has an overall margin of sampling error is +/ 3.9 percentage points at the 95 percent confidence level.

    Looks like 3% of the dinosauer anti-weeds have Died off last poll was 58% for now 61 % and climbing.
