Tennessee County Grand Jury Calls on State to Legalize Marijuana

The Hamilton County, Tennessee, Grand Jury has recommended that the state’s legislature legalize the possession of marijuana.

“In order to reduce the number of cases heard by the Grand Jury, and reduce the number of cases proceeding to 528320_583619288329957_1189393277_nCriminal Court, the State Legislature should consider legalizing the possession of a small amount of marijuana, which is not packaged for resale”, stated Judge Rebecca Stern in a recent report released by the panel.

If politicians in Tennessee take this advice to heart, and legalize marijuana, not only would it free up courts, it would free up police resources and manpower to focus on violent criminals, rather than persecuting people for possessing and consuming a non-lethal plant – this will simultaneously free up prison space, and will bring the state much needed tax revenue, if retail sales are also legalized.

Currently in Tennessee, possessing a half an ounce or less of marijuana is punishable by up to a year in prison – anything over half an ounce is considered distribution, and carries a prison sentence of up to 6 years.

“its has a long term offense you idiot”

Look, Mr. Anti-weed guy, maybe if you smoked a little before English class, you could have focused a little more on your grammar. Your statement makes no damned sense, even to the most toothless redneck. And we marijuana users are idiots?

Marijuana does not have a long-term “offense”, it has a short-term effect. The chronic use of marijuana over time, has proven in some studies to reduce IQ points over a rather long period of sustained use. Most studies only target data up to age 25, and just a few up to 35. Also, it has in several studies, shown to have an extended effect on younger people, with routine usage patterns, especially under the ages of roughly 14-15 years of age.

Get the facts from someone other than Fox, and Yahoo, and then figure it out.

I am 34 years old and the dr has prescribed several different medications in attempt to relax my anxiety and bipolar disorder. Nothing has worked and I have been on 2mg on kolonopin 3 times a day, I still self medicate with weed. It helps relax me, brings stability to my moods, lets me eat, relieves my migraine headaches, and I have a lot less violent outbursts when I smoke weed. PLEASE LEGALIZE THIS TO MAKE IT BENEFICIAL FOR EVERYONE…USERS AND THE GOVERNMENT!! MAKE YOUR MONEY AND PUT LESS WORK ON YOURSELVES. I BELIEVE LEGALIZATION WOULD CHANGE A LOT OF CRIME RATES!!!

Are there more despenceries than starbucks? The numbers speek for themselves 56% want it, so why is it not happening, that same 56% have the power to vote out all legislators that dont vote for this bill, right? So I hope they are telling them that.

I do agree, it would be a great change if this does go through. There’s way to much prison space taken up by incredibly innocent people just because of a harmless plant that seems to be helping everyone that smokes it, except the people that are un-lucky enough to get caught with it. It’s not right to ruin a persons life that is trying to improve it with a healing plant. It’s not right. This saves lives, why was tobacco kept legalized and marijuana wasn’t? All of our founding fathers smoked it, why can’t we? It’s really disgraceful to the American history if you ask me. Our fathers would be disappointed in us if they knew what was happening. Please legalize! Save lives!

I am 30 years old and I was finally, properly diagnosed with Bipolar, ADHD, and I am 2 years clean of being addicted to any opiate I could get my hands on. I was put on anti psychotic medication that has risks of becoming; Manic Bipolar, Schizophrenia, Depression, loss of sex drive, loss of appetite, weight loss, weight gain, suicidal thoughts to suicide and plenty more side effects. I decided to research and do a speech on anti psychotic and psychotropic drugs for myself and for my, broad age group, collage speech class. I decided after my research and speech, that I was going to stop the medication I had been on for 3 months for Bipolar, and try marijuana: *I DO NOT SUGGEST ANYONE TO STOP TAKING THEIR MEDICATIONS WITHOUT DOCTOR SUPERVISION!!!! I can dream again without night terrors, awesome appetite, my sex drive is back, no high & low mood changes, anxiety is 100% better without being a zombie. I have had awesome results, I have been and still seeing my psychologist every month and I have kept a day to day mood chart and a diary. Although marijuana is not legal, my doctor has not disagreed with my choices. My mother went through chemo. marijuana worked for her in so many ways. My fiancé has Crohn’s Disease and VA doctors have put him on more medication than I can count. Some help, but marijuana has done wonders for his anxiety and nerves, in which his stomach settles down enough to help with pain, diarrhea, car sickness, nausea, vomiting, and has helped with his depression. I have heard many people, with different illnesses, speak out on how marijuana has helped them. I also agree with, ending the war on marijuana, stop wasting money on fighting it, stop putting people in jail over it, stop wasting away money that we do not have. We are the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, we are taught that we are UNITED AS ONE. When one state has been hit with devastation, we are there for each other and we stand as one and fight, so why are our states divided on this? Some states marijuana is legal and some states do not want to look at all of the good that can happen due to religion, politics, or false information. I know at least 50 people that are; hard working, well respected members of society, educated and religious that will stand up and back up everything I have said, and I am only one person. So for my fellow Americans, lets stand up for what we believe in and take our right to speak out. If everyone that agrees with legalization of marijuana will stand up and voice their testimony and opinion we will be loud enough that congress will have to listen. If all else fells, just move to your neighboring STATE, OF THE US, it’s legal there.

    Hi,

If laws are meant to keep the citizenry from harm, then the laws themselves should not be more harmful to society than the behaviors it wants to hem in. By all estimations, restrictive marijuana laws cause more harm than actually using marijuana.

The Drug Awareness Warning Network (DAWN) has noted that marijuana has not caused any deaths within the last year, or any year that the statistics have been compiled. Even so, the strict enforcement of marijuana laws has ended over 100 lives per year in the United States, most of whom were civilians. That disparity on its own is a good argument for the end of criminalization.

Around 1.000.000 arrests for marijuana are made every year. These arrests don’t exist in a vacuum; they affect family members, friends, employers, employees, and anyone else with a relationship with the arrestee. Thus, it stands to reason that more than 5 million people have experienced the effects of harsh regulation. Obviously, an arrest produces more harm to people and their communities than the actual usage of marijuana.

Legalize and start growing your own…

I just want to say I am a felon because of marijuana and it has hurt my life in alot of aspects because of getting a felony charge cause I got an ounce for a friend. And the court said I was a dealer which is far from the truth. I smoke week cause of my back pain and I can’t even do it now because I am on probation and have to deal with the pain and broke because of court costs and probation. Having it illegal does nothing but hurt people that get caught with it when it is nothing but a miracle plant. Please stop the ignorance and legalize marijuana

We need to legalize marijuana completely. Aside from medicinal use, recreational use, or even just pure pleasure, we have the right to use as we please.

The White House claims many different reasons why it is illegal and why they’re so opposed to legalization. It seems like their main focus is on children using the “drug”. So, basically they’re saying, “marijuana is the reason why young children are smoking marijuana.” That doesn’t make any sense to me. I believe parenting and the environment that they are allowing their children live in is the cause of children using. Parents need to EDUCATE their kids on marijuana and the effects. Just like how they’re supposed to educate their children about sex, drugs, violence, manners, respect, and responsibility. Which OBVIOUSLY has been working SO well…

Cannibis and any other drug use should not be used at a young age. Duh… Marijuana effects the mind differently at the age of 14 than at 25. A 14 year old is not mature enough to be responsible and fully understand what it can be used for and the effects.

The government is keeping it illegal because why? The Growers are making an incredible profit that they haven’t been able to get their hands on. Instead of encouraging their entrepreneurship, they’re punishing them because we’re making money without their help. Well, I guess that’s our bad for being ambitious and intelligent farmers. Growing cannabis is no different than someone growing tobacco, corn, tomatoes, flowers, etc. If you’re going to make cannabis production illegal, then you better hire a lot more law enforcement to go after all the agriculturalists and florists because they’re apparently breaking the law.
“Tomatoes and flowers aren’t smoked, or have ‘mind-altering’ effects like marijuana.” True, but I don’t like tomatoes and think flowers are pointless. Therefore, it shouldn’t be around. No! If I don’t like tomatoes and flowers, then I don’t buy them. Simple as that. If you don’t like something, stay away from it. Let the people that DO choose to use and grow and sell marijuana, do so.

If the government stopped punishing growers, and gave them jobs, the economy would flourish.
    Farmers
    Distributors
    Retailers
    Sellers
    Consumers

FOUR jobs just opened up that the government can regulate and tax the shit out of, like they do everything else.

“If it’s made legal it will be so cheap and increase usage.” That’s a load of BS. Just because something is cheaper, doesn’t mean more people are going to use it. Cheeseburgers at McDonalds are a buck… The same amount of people go there even if they were two bucks. And God forbid something be affordable to the citizens. Just make it impossible for anyone to have a decent living.

“It causes anxiety, poor judgement, lowers motor skills, suicidal thoughts and Schizophrenia.” Can you please tell me one person that has actually thought about committing suicide while under the influence of JUST marijuana? I’ve never mixed drugs and marijuana before, mainly because I have no desire to ingest anything besides chocolate-chip cookies and chocolate milk when I’m “high”. It causes anxiety because people are afraid of getting caught with it! If we weren’t afraid of being seen with it, or caught with it in our possession, no one would be worried about it. And if it DOES cause you anxiety, then that is your thing and you can choose to not use it. Don’t keep the rest of us that DO enjoy it from using and adding to the quality of OUR lives.

“Increased crime.” How so? People run from the cops and put up a fight because we don’t want to be punished for doing nothing wrong. Smoking marijuana is no different than cigarettes, and they’re not considered a criminal or unjust. If law enforcement would start focusing on the real issues like murder, drunk driving, and theft, marijuana users wouldn’t have a reason to put up a fight. And if we gave marijuana growers jobs, and the dealers jobs, there would be no marijuana related violence. Marijuana related violence to me is, someone owes someone money, and they don’t have that money. Producing and transporting marijuana is a risky business right now because it is illegal. So, the money made from that is hard earned and people don’t like risking their freedom for nothing. But if there was no risk, there would be no problem.

“Health risks.” Smoking marijuana has no different health risks than cigarettes. And far less harmful effects compared to alcohol. They have found possible cancer curing elements in cannabis, yet, it’s unhealthy? Tylenol, Advil, and many other pill form OTC medication has even more harmful effects on our internal organs, but you can buy those at the grocery store.

And even if it is harmful for us to use, and it’s not endangering anyone around us, then don’t we have that right to enjoy our life the way we please? If you’re aware of the health risks, and are okay with that, then have at it. If you don’t like it, don’t do it. If someone enlists into the military, they are very much aware of the possible outcome of joining. If you’re not okay with those risks, then you don’t join the military. If you’re not okay with the effects of fast food, you don’t eat it. No one thinks less of someone that joins the military or that eats fast food, even if they don’t agree with it. We’re all different with different behaviors and different beliefs, if you don’t like someone disagreeing with you, then what gives you the right to disagree with them? Live your life, and let others live theirs.

I really don’t understand how a public bar, where people able to get behind the wheel of a car in a state of mind that could cause harm to other people is more socially acceptable than someone smoking some “weed” and chilling out with some friends. People under the influence of marijuana are aware of their impairment and compensate by slowing down, being more cautious, and thinking twice before doing something that could be dangerous or harmful. People under the influence of alcohol tend to act more careless and risky. And they think they are more in control than they are. Driving… ‘Nuff said. Most people that are “too high”, don’t typically get behind the wheel of a car because they aren’t comfortable driving and don’t feel they’re able to control a motor vehicle safely and responsibly. While the person that is “too drunk”, feels they are fine and can drive no problem. Now tell me where the “poor decision making” comes in with marijuana.

There should definitely be an age restriction, but not complete restriction.
Smoking cigarettes in public doesn’t seem to bother anyone, so why is someone smoking on their couch, in the safety of their one home such a big deal? No one is in danger. It’s not bothering anyone. Hell, most people probably don’t even know about it. Then why is it a big deal?

but a big problem with legalization is what are they going to do to all the people that are charged and still paying for it thats gonna cut a lot of instant profits for them they dont want to lose, but it would be a great trade think if you had $10 for 10 days or $1 for 200 day what option would you take, well the goverment is the $1 kinda people so that long term income is always better than less faster

Much better solution to health issues than addicting medications. Whether its cancer, headaches, back pain or nerves. If marijuana was legalized, not only would the crime rate of simple possession charges go down, more serious charges would also go down. I’m a first hand example. For years all I did was smoke pot. Eventually I caught a little simple possession charge and was put on probation with court ordered drug test every week. I stopped smoking pot and started taking prescription pain pills. They only stayed in my system for a few days and i was able to pass the drug tests. Addiction to the the pills eventually led to a more serious crime that I was involved in to get the money to get pills. Aggravated robbery. So I believe that the legalization of this harmless plant would help in many ways.

Please bring marijuanna to Tennessee. The benefits will be great for the state as far as tax revenue.. This would also help with the pill abuse that is taken over our state.. I used to smoke for my anxiety and bipolar now I cannot due to having a job that does not allow me to smoke. Since I have stopped I have been placed on 3 different medicines for my anxiety and bipolar issues.. I was not taking any medicines when I was able to smoke. Alcohol causes way more problems in the USA but we still have it legalized. Please take into consideration the pros of this plant Nd legalize it.

This is my situation. I have had an auto accident, four major spine surgeries, literally; hundreds of ‘procedures’ and now so called pain clinics do not want to treat chronic pain sufferers, supposedly, some DEA agent (DEA= dumbass, egghead, assholes) stated chronic pain patients were committing suicide with their medication, which is radically untrue. Fact: less people per capita, than those on chronic pain medicine commit suicide, than the largest percentage of the segment of society and that actually do kill themselves with their prescription medication. This is a bold lie, by a major asinine DEA agent whose agenda was, and is to keep chronic pain sufferers in severe pain… SOUNDS HELL AT WORK IN HIM, THROUGH HIM, AND WITH HIM, AND HE BULLSHITED THE OTHERS WITH HIS IGNORANT, BOLDFACE LIES… I HOPE TO STAND BEFORE CONGRESS VERY SOON, AND LET THEM SEE, AND HEAR, WHAT ACTUAL TRUTH OF CHRONIC PAIN LOOK, FEEL LIKE, AND HPW IT MINIMISES A PERSONS LIFE TO RESEMBLE THAT OF AN INVALID, EVEN THOUGH I CAN WALK, TALK, THINK NORMALLY, AND HAVE EMOTIONS, DREAMS, AND DESIRES, JUST AS MOST OTHERS DO… BUT I DO WELL TO LIVE IN MY BED, 24/7/365, and can do very little without being blinded by the horrific onslaught of mind bending, heart rending, soul jarring, mental HORRIFIC CHRONIC PAIN, and now ‘pain clinics’ are trying to justify (although, very poorly,) and justifying their stance with bold face, piss poor lies… FACT: chronic pain patients commit suicide less per capita, that those without chronic pain. This is the lying cover they invent to try to hide the their cruelty… which is; they would rather people suffer,
because their agenda is dark, they are the devil personified, and that hate to HE human race… GET THE POINT, WICKEDNESS IS GAINING MANKIND’S THOUGHTS, AND TELEVISION, MOVIES, COMPUTERS, AND TECHNOLOGY IS ITS BIGGEST, AND OUTLET SOURCE! BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU SET BEFORE YOUR EYES, BECAUSE WE BECOME LIKE THAT WHICH WE SET BEFORE OUR EYES, T.V., COMPUTERS, VIDEO GAMES, PORNOGRAPY, VIOLENCE, THEY ALL ARE PORTALS INTO OUR HEARYS, MINDS, SOULS… and mankind can be destroyed with their vision. . . On October 11, 2013 I have to go to court for misdemeanor possession of cannabis. If the state sens n me top jail for following the second instruction given by God, then I am prepared to starve myself for following the instruction given by the almighty God. Any preacher, persecutor(prosecutor), or judge who goes against the Word of God is in direct violation of the word of God. Those men and women are not acting in accordance with the command of God or with the rules of Nature. The Bible says those people are on a one way road to hell, they are no better than a murderer. They will be punished because they are lying about the greatness of God and His Word, and His Creation. If they send me to jail , I will not eat anything other than a cup of water and a piece of bread. If I come to physical harm then I pray that the rest of the US wakes up to this horrible deception of our religious leaders and government that have been involved repressing the citizens on the United States.

The government laws say it is illegal to grow a plant and smoke it even having it is illegal I personally know over 50 people in north east TN who enjoy the “Drug governments Words” plant regularly including myself I will personally turn myself in for currently smoking the “Drug governments Words” if enough people would be willing to do the same the government laws on weed is so inmature I can hardly stand it making a plant that doesn’t kill you has amazingly wonderful effects it can help depression, anxiety, and much more The government laws on weed can burn in hell and i pray anyone who looks down upon the GOD DAMN PLANT THAT THE GOVERNMENT SAYS IS A DRUG CAN ALSO BURN IN HELL WEED WILL ALWAYS BE AROUND AND IT WILL NEVER GO AWAY IT WILL ALWAYS BE HERE THE GOVERNMENT WILL NEVER WIN GOOD PPL GO TO JAIL OVER A FUCKING PLANT GROW THE FUCK UP YOU INMATURE PIECE OF GOD DAMN SHIT SO CALLED GOVERNMENT HONESTLY WHO IN THERE LIFETIME HASN’T SMOKED EVEN IF YOU HAVEN’T SURELY YOU KNOW SOMEONE WHO HAS OR IS CURRENTLY DOING IT WHY HAVEN’T WE ALL BEEN TURNED IN OH THATS RIGHT BECAUSE NOBODY CARES THAT WEED IS ILLEGAL ITS JUST THE GOVERNMENT THAT CARES AND NOW IN SOME STATES ITS LEGAL THE SECOND THAT HAPPEND THE american GOVERNMENT became the worlds biggest hipacrit “or however you spell it” EVER SO WTF either arrest 40 or 50 probably more percent or all americans who smoke grow or sell it or do the logical non fucking retarded decision and legalize it already because pot smokers and growers and dealers ain’t going FUCKING NOWHERE EVER TILL THE END OF DAYS OR THE extinction OF THE PLANT AND THAT WILL NEVER FUCKING HAPPEN… if you really are generally concerned about the health and safety of america “american government” tell me why again is alcohol legal and tabaco legal food for thought you fucking inmature corrupt so called government… P.S The longer weed is illegal so many undeserveing probably crime affiliated ppl get rich… The reason its still mostly illegal is probably because the government would lose alot of corrupt money because there is two sides of every coin and if anyone honestly believes drug lords are just to good to be caught and not in reality paying off the government to make easy money is fucking retarded so make the shit legal p.s.s anyone get drug tested recently good excuse would be I did it when government shut down… Thats about all I have to say happy smoking everyone “”Or as the government calls it breaking the law” SO FUCKING INMATURE”

Wake up people. The ones that are blocking it are the one that make money from it not being legal.
Thousands die each year from alcohol related deaths. Zero have died from smoking weed. Thousands have died
And will continue to die from prescription medication that could have been treated with weed. Nobody has died from a few puffs. The medications these doctors prescribe are so addictive and dangerous. It time for a change and stop

It helped me relax in the evenings when I smoked it. I don’t currently because I don’t want to lose my job or go to jail. It helps my son who has taken many psychiatric medications that only made him much worse off. Besides the plant has many, many other uses, but I guess the rich don’t want people to know that. I’m almost 50 and I hope Tennessee legalizes it like alcohol or that I am able to move somewhere where I can be free.

Im a highschool Quarter Back. Playing a long hard faught stressful and painful football game Is so tiring. I have smoked weed right after a Game we won and i felt Relaxed and pain free. I find it easy to learn when im using marijuana. I am also a Automachanic and while working it makes my mind stay foucused on completing the task i was given. I am such an active person and Marijuana has zero negative affects on my sports carrer or my school life. I make A’s and B’s So tell me why Alochol and tabacco are legal? I tried both of those and it destroyed my body unlike Weed(:

It’s safer than alcohol and less violent. What are we waiting for!! I would much rather drive next to slow high people than drunk people all over the road. If proper laws are established there will be no harm .I’m all for it. 😉

simple possession is a 250 dollar fine and 6 months
unsupervised probation ,, thats what i got cause i have never been in trouble in 40 years.. and originally it was a sale charge, that i didnt sale and had no possession either.. but my girlfriend had possession and sold .. i took her to the grocery store and she went to talk to her cousin and they walked back to my suv and got in and he pulls the weed out of his shorts and says that looks good,, and ask for a ride i said no,, him and my girlfriend got out to walk back to his car,, cause he promised her some xanax on the phone.. and then they swarmed me,, they took my 700 dollars out of my pocket ,, which was rent ,and child support money and they took the money from her pocket where he payed her outside the car and then put the marked money back in my car ,, and then when they couldnt find anything in my suv after searching 20 minutes,, they had her in the police car and told her that they found 4 grams of coke and they told her ,,i said it was hers.. so she would tell if i had something they couldnt find .. but the really bad part of the story is the boy had just got out of prison for like 6 months and was selling oxycontin and crack.. dtf caught him and let him set up my girlfriend for weed.. and let him walk the streets!!!! thats why marijuana should be legal,, so i dont go to jail for nothing and get my money, car, took from me .. while people like this are free to do whatever !!

LEGALIZATION AND MEDICAL MARIJUANA IS GROWING AND GROWING IN LOTS OF STATES,, IF TENNESSEE WANTS TO MAKE MILLIONS AND MILLIONS OF TAX REVENUE,, YOU BETTER HURRY BEFORE ANOTHER SOUTHERN STATE LEGALIZES MARIJUANA .. THE FIRST SOUTHERN STATE TO LEGALIZE MARIJUANA IS GOING TO BE FLOODED WITH TOURISM ..JUST LIKE COLORADO IS AT THIS TIME.. BUT IF OUR POLITICIANS LIKE RON RAMSEY AND A FEW OTHERS,, DONT THINK ITS TIME TO DO SO.. WE NEED TO VOTE THEM OUT OF OFFICE.. NOW IS THE TIME TO LEGALIZE MARIJUANA, BEFORE MORE STATES LEGALIZE THE MONEY IS TO BE MADE NOW ,,NOT AFTER 4 MORE STATES LEGALIZE MARIJUANA,, IF YOU WAIT TILL THEN THEY WANT BE NEAR AS MANY MILLIONS MADE AND WE HAVE MORE PROBLEMS THAN WEED ..THEY JUST FOUND ANOTHER METH LAB RIGHT NOW IN ELIZABETHON TN.. I WOULD RATHER SEE PEOPLE SMOKE MARIJUANA THAN METH AND I HAVE KIDS ,,WHEN I WAS 15 16 I SMOKED WEED,, YEH IM SURE MY KIDS WILL SNEAK AROUND TOO.. WE ALL DO !! BUT I RATHER MARIJUANA BE PLENTIFUL IN THE STATE THAN METH AND RIGHT NOW ”” METH”’ IS WINNING AND THATS SAD !! ESPECIALLY WHEN A KID GETS ON THIS STUFF OR PILLS,, ,,MYSELF, I WANT NEED THE POLICE WHEN SOMEONE GIVES MY KID METH OR A PILL !!! THEY WILL BE ON A MILK CARTON !!

Legalize. Would be shocking though considering it has been taking everyone in the country this long to figure out that pot helps not kills, when the legalization should have been made years ago and should be now. If not people are still going to smoke, just feel shouldn’t be punished for it.

Ok. I can’t believe that anything over an ounce is up to 6 years wow. Everybody smokes it and everybody has to hide it. It’s a nuisance for it to be illegal. It’s safer than cigarettes. They don’t want to legalize because they want people sick I guess. He’ll you can make tea with it to cure ulcers! #LEGALIZEIT! #2014

Marijuana is fortune changer, big steel, oil, cotton, and paper are all losers. There are over 2000 products that
can be made from marijuana, do you think we could create a few jobs, our education system is setup for farming.

Marijuana does not cause people to misbehave or act inappropriately, that would be alcohol.
    Marijuana saves lives.

Where does the state of Tennessee find that it is right to discipline other human beings for doing what they must do?
You can nearly assume we are stuck in the past, as Tennessee looks at marijuana users the same way they looked at african americans.
Judgement is beyond skin color, it is how you profile a specific individual, by subgrouping them and deciding for yourself with little to no knowledge over who they really are; while it in reality, marijuana itself only helps people and NEVER causes problems.
(except for unlikely cases such as; allergic reactions, psychological incompatibility, and a mixture of substance abuse, but guess what? People are allergic to milk and nuts, people are filled with madness and literally go crazy from simply taking a new anti-depressant, and our doctors create drug addicts every single day just to make more money.
You know what… what is wrong with this entire country? Have we lost our humanity so much?
Note: The state of Tennessee has some of the lowest rounded standards in the WORLD, not only the country…
I’ll tell you why: because of backwards hypocrites who do not think with proper logic.
When you take uneducated fools and put them on a stage and have a bunch of uneducated fools listen to them, what are you going to learn?
Obviously nothing, but you can be certain that you will lose brain cells in the process.
Last note: It isn’t federally legal yet? Oh? Well in that case, why is our government “legally taxing it?”
