North Carolina Governor Signs Medical Cannabis Bill Into Law
Legislation legalizing the medical possession and use of cannabis oil has been signed into law by Governor Pat McCrory.
House Bill 766, which was approved unanimously in the Senate, and passed with a 112 to 2 vote in the House of Representatives, allows those with seizure disorders to possess and use low-THC (no more than 0.9%) cannabis oil if they receive a recommendation from a neurologist. The measure adds explicit legal protections to neurologists who recommend the medicine. The full law goes into effect August 1st.
Earlier this year North Carolina’s House of Representatives approved a much broader bill that would have legalized medical cannabis for those with a variety of conditions, allowing patients to possess up to 24 ounces (not just cannabis oil), in addition to being authorized to cultivate their own and purchase the medicine through state-licensed dispensaries. Unfortunately that measure never advanced to a second reading.

the CBD only bills that are being passed in individual states across the United States is a conspiracy perpetrated by the US Government!!!
the passing of these CBD only bills are just another deceitful and manipulative act against the American public by a Government that could care less about the people and more about money!!!
it all has to do with patent # 6630507, wanna guess who owns that patent… you got it, the United States Government has a patent on the use of CBD (aka cannabidiol, which is the non-THC cannabinoid that they used during their testing) for various medical illnesses… they have leased (leasing = royalties) the “EXCLUSIVE” rights of that patent to one company, and that companies name is KannaLife Sciences Inc.
don’t believe me, Google both the patent number and the name of the company I provided and you will learn the truth behind the multi state CBD bill’s passing across the United States over the last few years!!!
FYI: CBD wasn’t a recent discovery, (Rick Simpson and the Stanley brothers didn’t discover anything) it was originally discovered in the 1940’s, and the link below is proof to that claim… the US Government has known about it for more than 75 years, and in April of 1999 they applied for a patent on its uses… then in 2003 that patent was granted to “The United States of America as represented by the Department of Health and Human Services (Washington, DC)”, that is exactly what it states on the patent!!!

Th is just stupid to break it down for only this illness and this person. I myself suffer from MS-RR, RA, AS, panic disorder, and bi-polar. The medicines my doctor’s send me sick and/or give me adverse reactions, all of my doctors have agreed that using MMJ would change my life. But no this state would rather kill me slowly!

Well said!! CBD only laws are a conspiracy and it’s deceitful to State voter’s who are unaware of it until they become too ill. I sometimes complain vehemently about how bad I think Washington’s marijuana laws are until I fly to Kentucky and visit my brother The problem here (Seattle in particular) is that younger people don’t vote. This allow’s an angry riled up minority the ability to ram their ignorant stupidity down the rest of our our collective throats. As I’m sure you know,State law is primarily the laws in which we all really have to live under. Again, well said.

Personally yeah CBD oil cool if anyone receives any benefit from it. Secondly, I think after have been put on tons of medications, medication combos, therapy, being hospitalized and a once a month doctor visit to remind me of why I am here… Pretty much that is how the VA goes, guess and checks until you’re dead. What I do know is That smoking marijuana not only helps way more than a zombie pill ever will, it also helps with my fucked up back. You’d think the Durham VA would be one of the first places to say “hey these motherfuckers deserve a blunt”. Sadly, I do not smoke it simply because it’s a “drug” and is considered “drug abuse” which would fuck up my pain mgmt, but hey govt did good, got another hooked on narcotics 🙂
