Legislation to Legalize Recreational Cannabis Filed in Florida

Florida Stateflorida Senator Dwight Bullard filed Senate Bill 1176 this week, a proposal to legalize the possession, private cultivation and state-licensed distribution of recreational cannabis for those 21 and older.

Senate Bill 1176 would allow those 21 and older to possess up to 2.5 ounces of cannabis, and to cultivate up to six cannabis plants. Cannabis retail outlets would also be allowed, with the Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco being renamed the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, and put in charge of regulations for the cannabis production and distribution centers.

I do NOT believe anything will be done until our current Governor is out of office and we have either a democrat or someone that believes in compassion for the stricken and very chronically -ill like myself..Damned shame as it works so good for so many people esp for the kids ..for so many types of aches and pains and depression and cancer..too..I used to think that man was inherently good and honest, not no more i don’t more like EVIL Look at our congress and other scum-sucking politicians that steal from the poor and inane ..Sad ,very sad indeed…………..I dont think that ill live that long to msee this in my time..no way! i have lost my faith in this state of sunshine and old geezers all boo sheet!! That’s All!
