I don’t see Moses Lake on this list. Of the stores that are going to open will they sell medical marijuana? Will Rx be taxed out of sight or will they not sell it at all. Wondering where I have to go now?

so medical is available where? How badly are we going to be screwed? I deal with a lot of pain and the store I used to go to in Spokane closed. Have they (state) ended medical. By not selling medical they can tax us for medicine, right? Not happy

This is not related to medical. Get your MMJ from the same source you have been using….

A quick google search will ease your worry. It’s likely that your choice dispensary shutdown due to outside reasons, not the new law. The dispensary I go through says the only thing they need to worry about is losing customers to the retail stores. Go to thcfinder.com and find a new one. It’s really that simple, better than getting yourself worked up. You won’t find any solid info in the comments section on blogs.

    Terry,
I believe that currently the recreational distribution in WA will not effect the medical side of marijuana. That being said, who knows what could happen in the future. A good site that a family member of mine uses is leafly.com due to its ease of access to medical dispencery locations, along with user reviews of specific marijuana strains.
    Hope this helps!

Thanks everyone for the feedback. Granted I was and am a little irked that Moses Lake has no store …yet… when it was reported that we would have two. I will check out sources and see what I find. Whatever driving 240 miles is spendy … being centered of the state is so much fun.

Once again I have to commend Colorado. Both medical and recreational under the same roof. Medical at a lower tax rate. Both with a percentage being grown on premise. Containment keeps costs down. This does not have to. Be thought out. Other states going on the ballot for legal cannabis, take notes. I fully expect Colorado to keep up even in the winter months. Celebrate your sucess Colorado. You did it!
